| • | Security Login - We have taken extra steps to secure your identity, leveraging the latest in anti-phishing and other web security techniques. On your first visit to MSafe, you will choose a security image that you will see on each subsequent login. This will be your assurance that the login page is authentic.

| • | File Exchange - McCready and Keene believes strongly in the security of your sensitive data. The File Exchange feature allows our clients to send and receive data files through an encrypted process that includes email notification to our internal staff when a file is dropped.

| • | Dashboard - We want you to be able to access your plan documents and reports in an on-demand fashion. The Plan Dashboard is the tool we make available to you to view those plan-related files at any time, from anywhere. These files are intended to be longer term storage, where our File Exchange tool is only for short term delivery of files between your company and ours.

| • | Fee Statements - We are pleased to offer you, beginning May 2013, the ability to receive and store electronic fee statements for up to 24 months from the invoice date. Configured Fee Statement users will receive an email notification when a new fee statement is available online.

| • | E-Loans - For our clients that allow participant loans through their defined contribution plan, McCready and Keene offers sponsors tools to review and approve loans submitted through the participant web site. Contact your McCready and Keene consulting team to find out if this solution can work for your plan.

| • | MSafe Administrator Setup - We believe strongly in empowering you to configure how we interact with you. The MSafe Admin Setup features allow you to edit your account information and add new account users within your company. As MSafe grows in features and scope, this tool will allow MSafe Account Administrators to give very specific access to certain parts of MSafe and denying access to others.

| • | Printer List and Tracking (limited permission) - McCready and Keene contracts with a printer to complete our quarterly statement needs. The printer uses features in MSafe to track this process, and the printer provides UPS tracking numbers that allow statement bundles to be quickly located.
